The Bristol Post has teamed up with Wyke Farms and Tesco to bring our readers Bristol’s Cheesy Bake Off. It’s a competition which will crown one youngster as Bristol’s Best Young Baker, as well as giving one school the chance to win £5,000 worth of cookery equipment.

We will be asking school children aged between 7 and 14 to represent their school and send us their best ‘cheesy bake idea’. Bristol Post readers will then be asked to vote for their favourite entries. The children behind the three most voted for entries will then be invited along to create their bake at an exciting live Bake Off at City of Bristol College.

The bakes will then be judged by industry professionals and the winning child will be crowned Bristol’s Best Young Baker, winning a £100 Tesco voucher for themselves and £5,000 worth of cookery equipment for their school.
